Right to withdraw your declaration of consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal and its valid for future processing only.

We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. IP anonymization means that Google shortens your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. The complete IP address will be transmitted only in exceptional cases to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.   • Storage limitation: Until the termination of the business relationship or until the expiry of the guarantee, warranty, limitation, and statutory retention periods applicable to the client (esp. Federal Tax Code); furthermore, until the termination of any legal disputes in which we need the data as evidence.
  • Recipients/categories of recipients: Tax office, courts, and authorities, suppliers, debt collection agencies, banks involved in the payment to the data subject or to third parties, legal representatives, accountants, payroll processors.

The provision of your personal data is necessary to fulfill the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.

3.4.1. User account

To use our streaming services, you need to sign up for a customer account.

  • Purpose: Creation of a customer account to access the offered content
  • The following data are processed: First name, last name, email address, username, IP address, PayPal ID.
  • Legal basis: Consent (Art 6 Section 1 Subsection a GDPR); Fulfillment of a contract, necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art 6 Section 1 Subsection b GDPR).
  • Storage limitation: 3 years after our last contact with you.

You can delete your customer account at any time. In your dashboard, the function “Delete customer account” is available to you for this purpose. After confirmation of the email sent to you, the platform will delete your customer account.

3.4.2. Payment options

3.4.2.1. PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service provider. PayPal processes your payments via so-called accounts, which represent virtual private or business accounts. Also, PayPal can process virtual payments via credit cards if a user does not have a PayPal account. A PayPal account is managed via an email address, so there is no classic account number. PayPal makes it possible to initiate online payments to third parties or to receive payments as well. PayPal also assumes trustee functions and offers buyer protection services.

3.5. Customer support and marketing for our own purposes

  • Purpose: Processing of own or purchased customer and prospective customer data for the initiation of business concerning the own delivery or service offer and the implementation of advertising measures and newsletter dispatch; customer relationship management.

We will not transfer the processed data to recipients in third countries or international organizations.
